  1. Pretty nice post. I just stumbled upon your weblog and wished to say that I’ve really loved surfing around your weblog posts. In any case I’ll be subscribing for your feed and I’m hoping you write once more very soon!

    1. LA carpet Cleaner –

I’m so glad you enjoy our ‘weblog’. I can see that you also enjoy spamming people. That’s great. I won’t be subscribing to your ‘weblog’ as we have NO need for carpet cleaning as we have NO carpets.

Good luck with your business and finding an actual ‘target audience’ because this isnt it !!

  2. Hi KT,
Your Dad gave me your website to follow your exciting adventure. I have just opened it, so will make some comments to you later.
    Best of luck and safety!

  3. Hi KT,

I talked to your dad tonight and he updated me on what you are up to! WOW! STUD is the only word that comes to mind! Glad you have replaced your doll with a living person! :) We all wish you a safe and enlighting journey… life is not about the destination but the journey. Money doesn’t exist, it is another construct invented by man to control others like religion and politics… be as free as you can as long as you can… free doesn’t mean free of responsibility of debt or people or fear or obligation… free means free from unrealistic obligation, expectations and free to live your life in PEACE and be open to the JOYS of just being loved and alive! We love you, always and hope for you even more! Good Luck! We enjoyed looking at your website and to more of your sharing of your adventure! Love, Bill, Aracy and Aller

    1. Billlll!!!
Thanks for your encouraging words. Those comments solidify that we truly made the right decision by going on this trip. Learning to be free is a process, we’re working on it everyday . . .

Shhh don’t tell Denis, but I brought my doll and I talk to it at night when he goes to sleep.

  4. Just catching up with you two. I am “wowed” already! John says when you get to Kilimanjaro just remember…. Pole, Pole…Swahili for slowly, slowly. Waiting to hear more from you…. MZ

    1. Thanks John and Marion!

We did it! We conquered Mt. Kilimanjaro. Pole Pole is right. Only way to make it to the top.

We will post about Kilimanjaro very soon! Keep checking back!

  5. K.T. and Denis – have a fantastic adventure. We will be living vicariously through your travels and volunteer experiences. Be safe and post often! Love you – Tesa and the clan!

  6. Jack has spoken of KT often and I have joked that ‘She is the woman I always wanted to be’. This is such an amazing adventure. I am truly green with envy. I wish you both safe travels and the experience of a lifetime! – A jealous admirer in NC!

  7. WOW! … What an insane yet not surprising adventure you are heading on! I hope you have an incredible time! Good luck to both of you! :)

  8. Hey guys, great about us bits. Denis I really hope you enjoyed that last Big mac, I question its historical relevance comparison ,but hey maybe one day you will be legendary. Great job on your little autobiography too, it couldn’t be anymore accurate, maybe K.T. should be getting the credit for it though? Anyways good luck on your end goal for the trip Denis, maybe you should put it on a to do list so you can feel that much more satisfaction when you accomplish it. Hope all is well and you two are having a blast.

From my lonely borging desk at Siskinds which i know Denis misses
